Our Story

About NatureCures

NatureCures started as a shared notes document between a few friends trading remedies, recipes, and routines — and slowly grew into a small journal built around one idea: wellness works better when it's unhurried.

How We Started

From a shared notebook to a daily journal

It began with one friend's grandmother's tea blend, another's habit of cooking seasonally without really thinking about it, and a running group chat comparing morning routines. Somewhere along the way, the notes became worth sharing more widely.

NatureCures is still run with that same spirit — fewer sweeping claims, more small, tested practices worth passing along.

Our Philosophy

Rooted, not restrictive

We don't believe in elimination diets, miracle ingredients, or wellness as a competition. Our philosophy is simple: eat real food, move a little every day, rest on purpose, and let the botanicals your grandmother might recognize do quiet, steady work.

Everything we publish gets tested in an actual kitchen and an actual week before it's written down — nothing theoretical, nothing that only works on a perfect schedule.

Core Values

What guides what we publish

01

Honesty over hype

We don't manufacture statistics or dramatize outcomes. If something is genuinely useful, it doesn't need exaggeration to prove it.

02

Simplicity first

A routine you'll actually do beats a perfect one you won't. We favor practical over elaborate, every time.

03

Respect for the seasons

Nature has a rhythm, and we'd rather work with it than override it with year-round sameness.

Community & Sustainability

Small choices, added up

We hear from readers who've started a windowsill herb garden, swapped one weekly meal for something plant-forward, or simply started buying from a local farm stand. None of it is dramatic — all of it adds up over a year.

Sustainability, to us, looks like buying what you'll use, choosing quality over quantity, and building habits gentle enough to actually keep. We're glad to be a small part of that shift, one household at a time.
